Art Leslie was raised in Ucluelet, BC, where he grew up playing competitive sports and combing the beaches. He later moved to Calgary and fell for the city fast, for the friendly people first and the restaurant scene a close second.
Art got into real estate because he wanted to build a business on relationships, and that is still the part he likes most: helping people get where they want to go, and working alongside the builders, lenders and trades who make it happen.
Art brings specialized knowledge in land rezoning, builder relations, and foreclosures, with several hundred foreclosure sales completed. His years flipping homes give him a sharp eye for investment properties and renovations. Art is a Certified Condo Specialist and an eXp Realty ICON Award winner, and was previously recognized with the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Realtor Award.
Outside of work, Art is busiest at home. He and his wife have three kids, and you will usually find him coaching from the sidelines, camping, boating, or fishing with the family. He still makes time for a good at-home poker game.

Josh Methot grew up in Calgary’s inner-city, riding his bike to the West Hillhurst pool, playing in Confederation Park, and spending weekends in the mountains.
Josh’s career began in the wine business, travelling to Italy, Spain, France, and Argentina on buying trips and importing to Alberta and British Columbia. What stayed with him was never the product. It was the people, and the relationships built along the way. Real estate turned out to be the same business: trust, earned one client at a time.
That approach has worked. Over the past ten years, Josh and Art have helped hundreds of Calgarians buy and sell, and earned eXp Realty’s ICON Award along the way. Their specialty is Calgary’s inner city, and it helps that Josh has known these streets since he was riding his bike down them.
When he’s not working, you can find Josh cooking for friends, perusing art galleries, or out for a top-down drive in GiGi, his 90s Alfa Romeo convertible. He lives in Calgary with his wife Alena and their dog Finley. Josh is a Certified Condo Specialist, a Certified Rural Home Specialist, and speaks French (un petit peu).
